Norman Barker is a professor of pathology and art as applied to medicine at the Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine, specializing in photomicroscopy, macro and natural science photography. He serves as the director of pathology photography and Graphic Arts Laboratory, and is a registered biological photographer and a fellow of The Royal Photographic Society as well as the Biocommunications Association.
